Teka Systems S.A., as a SAP Gold Partner with extensive presence and successful projects worldwide, undertook the design, implementation and support and successfully completed the SAP Business One project for Olympia Electronics, the largest Greek production company of electronic security systems and one of the leading in Europe.
SAP Business One is a software that integrates business knowledge and best practices from the international market.
The aim of the project for Olympia Electronics is to face the growing challenges of the market even more effectively, taking advantage of the new digital tools, and to successfully make the transition to a modern international software such as, SAP.
With SAP Business One, Olympia Electronics experienced a real revolution in its management and operations. From the beginning of the system up to now, the company has achieved a substantial digital transformation. The integrated interconnection and organized departmental planning through SAP led to a new vision, while enhancing the company's productivity.
A particular challenge was the Production Management Application, where a customized solution was designed to manage raw materials, working time, and traceability. The implementation of the Production Management and the automation of its processes ensured faster consumption and production times of products as well as increased sales and exports, reduced inventories, improved liquidity, more efficient customer management, greater product availability and increased productivity of its human resources.
The possibility of detailed reporting and analysis of results, combined with the flexibility and elasticity of the system, offers the company the ability to respond immediately and effectively to any challenge and need required.
